2. Service Description
Del Sol Dry Cleaners provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, pressing, stain removal, and alteration services for a wide range of garments and fabrics. Our services are available to residential and commercial customers for everyday and specialty clothing.
- Dry Cleaning: For suits, dresses, shirts, delicate fabrics, and other items requiring specialized care.
- Laundry Services: Professional wash, dry, and fold services.
- Alterations: Tailoring and repair services for minor and major garment modifications.
- Stain Removal: Specialized treatment for various types of stains.
3. Garment Care and Responsibility
While we exercise utmost care in processing items entrusted to us, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or the prevention of color loss or shrinkage, particularly with items lacking proper care labels or those with inherent weaknesses. Del Sol Dry Cleaners inspects garments upon receipt, but is not responsible for damages resulting from inherent defects, mislabeling by the manufacturer, or pre-existing conditions not visible during initial inspection.
- Care Labels: Customers are responsible for providing items with clear and appropriate care labels. We will process items according to manufacturer’s instructions. If no care label is present or legible, we will use our professional judgment, but assume no liability for potential damage.
- Pre-existing Conditions: We are not liable for damage to items with pre-existing conditions such as tears, holes, embellishment loss, or weakened fabric.
- Loss of Items: In the rare event of a lost item, our liability shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning that specific item, regardless of brand or condition. Claims for lost items must be made within seven (7) days of pickup.
4. Pick-up and Delivery
Items left with Del Sol Dry Cleaners for service should be picked up promptly. We reserve the right to dispose of items not claimed within ninety (90) days of the "ready for pickup" date. Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice.
- Same-Day Service: Available for select services and items, as explicitly advertised and subject to capacity. Customers should confirm eligibility for same-day service at drop-off.
5. Payment and Pricing
All services must be paid for at the time of pick-up, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Pricing for our services is available upon request at our facility or specified at the time of order placement. Del Sol Dry Cleaners reserves the right to adjust pricing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Del Sol Dry Cleaners' total liability for any loss or damage to an item is limited by the Uniform Commercial Code and shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning that item, regardless of brand or condition. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
Del Sol Dry Cleaners reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website delsoldrycleaners.com. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
